NeoInsight is a student-led consulting initiative founded by two students from Shri Ram College of Commerce who are deeply interested in building and working with startups. We work alongside companies to bring greater clarity and structure to strategic decision-making — understanding the core problem, analysing the context in depth, and translating insights into well-defined, actionable directions that support growth. Our focus is on being useful, realistic, and aligned with how organisations actually operate on the ground.
